Southwest Florida has the densest snowbird RV population in the state — and after the last few storm seasons, a lot of those rigs have damage their owners never planned for.
Lee County is where seasonal RV living actually happens: Estero, North Fort Myers, Pine Island, the big resort parks off 41. It's also where storms hit hardest. We buy flood-touched, wind-damaged and insurance-settled units, and we don't flinch at a claim history the way a private buyer does.
Year, make, model — and tell us about any storm or water history up front. It doesn't scare us and it saves everyone a trip.
TAKES 2 MINUTESCollection across Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Estero and Pine Island. If it doesn't run, that's still a yes.
OFFER ON THE SPOTPaid on collection. No transport bill, no deduction for the tow, and the space is clear.
PAID SAME DAYNothing gets driven to us from Lee County — we come down. Call the Tampa line, describe what you have including any storm history, and we'll price it before anyone moves. Resort parks with a site-clear deadline get scheduled first; tell us the date and we work to it.
Wind got the awning and water got the rest during the last storm season. The insurer had already settled, the owner assumed that was the end of it, and it wasn't — we bought it as-is and towed it out of Lee County the same week.
The insurer had settled. The owner assumed that was the end of it.

SOLDLee County holds more parked RVs per square mile than anywhere else we work. Whole neighborhoods of them: the resort communities strung along 41, the older parks in North Fort Myers, the lots around Estero and San Carlos Park, the quiet ends of Pine Island where a rig has been on the same pad for a decade. Two things usually end that run. Many resort communities set an age limit on what can stay on a lot, and one day the letter shows up. Or health does it. A couple stops driving down, the kids live in Ohio, and nobody up there wants to inherit a 38-foot problem in a state they visit twice a year.
Storm seasons rewrite this market. Water gets into a camper and it does not leave. The frame rails hold it, the subfloor wicks it, and the smell arrives three weeks later. Wind takes roofs, slide toppers and awnings. Then the check clears, the owner keeps the unit, and what is left is a branded title and a rig no dealership wants sitting out front. We buy those. Flood-touched, wind-hit, settled claim, salvage brand, insurer already paid: say it on the first call and it changes nothing about whether we come.
There is a real difference between an inch across the floor and water standing at the dinette windows. Tell us the line. Frame, subfloor, wiring runs, holding tanks and appliance bases all behave differently depending on depth and how many days it sat. We are not hunting for a reason to walk away from your camper. We are working out the right number for what it actually is.
Settled claim, adjuster photos, a total loss you bought back, a salvage or rebuilt brand on the title: none of that ends the conversation. Dealerships will not touch those units, which is exactly why Lee County owners end up calling us. Send the claim paperwork with your photos. Knowing what the insurer paid for and what was repaired makes the whole thing faster and firmer.
Resort communities off 41 have guard gates, restricted hours and interior roads built for golf carts. North Fort Myers lots run wide but go soft after rain. Pine Island means the bridge at Matlacha and a long two-lane with nowhere to turn around. Shell pads sink. Give us the park name and lot number up front and the right equipment shows up the first time.
Most sellers here are on somebody else's clock. Lot rent bills monthly whether the unit rolls or not. Park management sends age-rule notices with dates attached. After a storm, cleanup orders carry their own timeline. Put your deadline in the first message and we build the schedule backward from it. Waiting until the final week is what narrows the options, not the condition of the trailer.
Text photos: exterior corners, the roof if you can get a view of it, the floor inside, and anything storm related. Add year, make, model, length, the park or street address, and the claim status if there was one. We price it and get back to you quickly. Then we coordinate with the park office on gate access and a window that does not fight lot traffic. Our truck carries its own gear, so a camper that will not roll, steer or start still leaves that day. Signing happens at the pad, payment happens before the trailer moves, and getting it off the lot costs you nothing.
Say the word flood and most buyers stop returning calls. We buy insurance-settled and storm-touched units on purpose, so disclosing it early costs you nothing and saves everybody a wasted trip.
GET MY OFFER →Yes, deliberately. Wind, flood and water-intrusion units are a normal part of what we buy in Lee County. Disclose it and the offer stays honest.
Usually yes, as long as you hold the title. Tell us how it was settled and we'll tell you straight away whether it works.
Yes. Give us the park, the site number and the office contact and we'll coordinate the exit.
Yes. We buy flood-damaged RVs across Lee County every storm season, including units that sat in standing water for days. Mold, delamination, a ruined subfloor, dead appliances and a gutted interior are all things we expect to find. You do not need to dry it, clean it or get an estimate. Show us photos and tell us how high the water reached.
Yes, as long as you kept the unit and can show ownership. Buying back a total loss is common here, and a salvage or rebuilt brand on the title does not stop the sale. Have the claim number and settlement paperwork ready. That history helps us understand what was damaged and what was repaired.
Usually within a few days of your call. Park deadlines around Estero, North Fort Myers and the communities off 41 tend to be short, so give us the date in your first message. We arrange gate access with management, arrive with towing equipment, and remove the unit whether or not it rolls. You pay nothing for the removal.
Yes, regularly. The bridge, the two-lane stretch of Stringfellow and the narrow lots out there are all familiar, and none of it reduces what we pay. Same for St. James City, Alva, Buckingham, Lehigh Acres and Bonita Springs. Tell us the address and how a truck approaches the pad, and we handle the rest.
